1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Drovery, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Use of Service

Drovery provides an on-demand delivery platform connecting senders with drone operators. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Deliveries & Prohibited Items

You agree not to send illegal, hazardous, flammable, explosive, or perishable items that are not declared. Drovery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any delivery suspected of containing prohibited items. You are liable for any damages caused by undisclosed contents.

4. Pricing & Payments

Delivery fees are calculated based on package size, weight, type, and service level. All prices are displayed before order confirmation. Payment is charged at the time of booking. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days where applicable.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a delivery free of charge before a drone is assigned. Cancellations after drone assignment may incur a cancellation fee. Full refunds are issued for service failures attributable to Drovery.

6. Limitation of Liability

Drovery's liability for any loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the package or the delivery fee paid, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, except where prohibited by local law.
